Solomon Burke 3/21/1940~10/10/2010 R.I.P.

R.I.P. Solomon Burke- you were one of the best soul singers this world has ever known.  Heaven's choir just got that much better.

    One of my favorite collaborations he did was with Zucchero on "Diavolo in Me". He opened the song with a preacher's plea. It was fantastic!

    So many wonderful songs came from this very talented man.

    God bless his soul.
